When I contacted Adobe Captivate, they suggested that we try to use Google Chrome. I would like to be able to tell students to use one of these browsers. Google Chrome and Firefox are the most common browsers used at my school. ![]() The moodle documentation for adobe captivate appears to be out of date, and I cannot find anything in the forums about this. While in Firefox, an error message pops up saying that Adobe Captivate will only work in Internet Explorer 9 or later, Safari 5.1 or later, and Google Chrome 17 or later. All tests were done in the most up to date versions of these browsers. When we publish an adobe captivate file with an eLearning output of SCORM 2004, it seems to work in Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. We have also done multiple tests and only some adobe captivate files with a SCORM 1.2 will work. SCORM 1.2 is supported in Moodle 2.1 or higher. However, when we publish an adobe captivate file with an eLearning output of SCORM 1.2, it will only work in a Chrome browser. We have Moodle 2.7 implemented at my college.
